How the Index is Calculated
The MLA Public Perception Index is compiled directly from validated constituency reports submitted by local residents. Each entry reflects actual civic satisfaction levels linked to ground-level service delivery.
Approval rating is calculated as a percentage of positive/satisfied survey responses relative to the total reports logged for that specific representative:
Transparency note: Where zero reports have been received for a constituency, the index displays as N/A (No reports). This avoids skewing data and maintains complete ledger objectivity. All reports are verified via geotagged photo submissions before inclusion.
