Obtain the boots-on-the-ground proof. When residents log reports of broken public utility structures, Ground Verifiers travel to the locations to verify reports, register accurate GPS coordinates, and snap geotagged verification photos.

• Based in any of the 12 districts of Himachal Pradesh (high demand in rural tehsils).
• Owns a smartphone with a working camera and active GPS capabilities.
• Committed to non-partisan and strictly objective civic mapping guidelines.

Review and manage the database. You'll work behind the scenes to verify incoming submissions, clean duplicate logs, check photo uploads for accuracy, and keep the dynamic ledger tables and maps updated.

• Basic familiarity with spreadsheet tools or database datasets (JSON experience is a plus).
• High attention to detail and ability to systematically spot data inconsistencies.
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub repository structures.

Continually polish the visual ledger interface. You will collaborate on styling layout grids, map widgets, charts, search index parameters, and theme integration to ensure that civic data is transparent and accessible.

• Proficient with HTML5, CSS3, modern vanilla JavaScript, and Git.
• Sensibility for premium, typography-focused, dark-mode adaptive layouts.
• Familiarity with mapping libraries like Leaflet.js or Mapbox.

Build and scale database integrations. You will write code connecting our webhooks, automate database backups, integrate data structures (JSON, Firestore), and optimize backend API queries for maps and indexes.

• Familiarity with Node.js, Python, or Go, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Experience implementing webhooks and secure API integrations (e.g. Firebase or Supabase).
• Committed to robust code testing and server security compliance.

Broaden civic awareness. Highlight before/after reports of resolved infrastructure complaints, tag local departments to secure speedier repairs, and write compelling local updates documenting community wins.

• Strong copywriting skills in Hindi and English.
• Experience with graphic creation and publishing across social media spaces.
• Understand how to interface constructively with administrative handles.

Maintain regulatory compliance. Advise on non-partisan policy compliance, research Right to Information (RTI) guidelines, and draft communication protocols for sharing compiled ledger data with local administrative offices.

• Background in law, public policy, or state administration.
• Strong research capabilities regarding Municipal and PWD department bylaws.
• Familiarity with citizen rights legislation and state public works structures.
